
The client had created an in-house project management platform. However, the interface was too overburdened with data inputs, making it overwhelming, especially for senior leaders who needed to consume specific information. Identifying the different user journeys of the platform users became the first order of the work. The team worked on prototyping the ideal solution design, based on each user group. Ultimately, the interface became driven by user-role and allowed specific user groups to consume the insights they needed.
